I can eat avocados with anything and everything! I’m lucky I like them so much, why? because they are full of goodness! Avocados are known to be rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E and monounsaturated fatty acids (good fat!), specifically oleic acid, which helps to keep the moisture in the skin, it also helps to reduce redness and irritability of sensitive skin. I like making avocado smoothies, using fresh avocado, raw kale/spinach/cucumber and coconut water – yum and simple!
